Spain’s real estate group Lar has allocated 60 million euro in investments in 2007 to buy land suitable for building in Turkey, local media quoted sources from the company.

The objective is to promote biggest investments in Turkey’s real estate sector and with this in mind Lar has opened an office in Istanbul, which has started handling the purchases of land. According to the managing director of the Spanish company, Chus de Miguel, Turkey has “all the qualities to develop successfully our real estate promotion projects”.
