The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) on March 6 will sell 18 pieces of property situatuted in the İstanbul World Trade Center and having a total estimated value of YTL 6.4 million. The public auction will be held at the Profilo Shopping Center at 2:00 pm. All the properties are located at the EGS Business Park in Bakırköy, part of the İstanbul World Trade Center, which includes the CNR fair and exhibition center, conference hall and hotels in addition to the business park. The properties will sold to the highest bidder for not less than 75 percent of the estimated value, including sales expenses. If the highest bidder fail to meet the 75 percent minimum or in the event no bids are received, the second auction will be held on March 13.
