Türkiye Finans authorizes HSBC in strategic cooperation
Türkiye Finans Participation Bank has announced that it would authorize HSBC Bank in order to evaluate the strategic cooperation proposals.
The written statement of Türkiye Finans says that due to the financial consultancy agreement which is signed with HSBC Bank, HSBC Bank will mediate the strategic cooperation proposals that Türkiye Finans receives, will consult the bank via evaluating the offers and will also handle the sale of the stock shares of the bank.
The statement said that Boydak and Ülker Groups, who are functioning in the bank by joint partnership through 50 percent of the shares for each, are open to strategic cooperation offers to make Türkiye Finans be more competitive both in domestic and international aspects and that they received many of this kind of offers.
Türkiye Finans Chairman Mustafa Boydak underlined that in this important process, they are happy to work with an institution, the experience and the guidance of which they trust in, and added that the offers and approaches, which in turn will make the bank more competitive and will lead the bank to different horizons, will first be evaluated by HSBC Bank, within the context of the agreement signed.
Boydak said that the Ülker and Boydak Groups will continue their current cooperation and their activities in the banking sector as well in the forth-coming period, within the body of Türkiye Finans.
