Daylight saving time will begin on March 25, Sunday when clocks will be set forward one hour at 3 a.m., a cabinet decree published at the Official Gazette, yesterday said. Daylight saving time (DST), also known as summer time, is a worldwide practice to make use of more daylight in the evenings. On Oct. 28, 2007 Sunday, clocks will be adjusted backward by one hour at 4 a.m.
