“Turkey needs foreign capital like Sama Dubai,” said Güler Sabancı, chairperson of executive board of Sabancı Holding.
Sabancı, who attended the inauguration of the 9th Adana International Sabancı Theatre Festival, told the A.A correspondent that they welcomed Sama Dubai’s winning the public auction for Istanbul Electricity, Tunnel & Trolley Authority’s (IETT) bus terminal plot in Levent district of Istanbul, underlining that it was an important development for Turkish economy.
Recalling that Arab capital entered Turkish economy with the Turk Telecom tender, Sabancı indicated that similar investments would continue to flow into the country in the coming years.
“Turkey needs to grow further. Flow of foreign capital into Turkey will contribute to the economy,” Sabancı stressed.
