Doğan Holding has become 10 a percent shareholder in Moscow-based real estate firm Marbleton Property Fund LP.Doğan sent a release to the İstanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB) and said the group and Marbleton Property will carry out a joint initiative with $300 million in initial capital. Doğan Group will regularly contribute to Marbleton Property projects and will be able to take a greater part in projects in the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) as a fellow investor. This initiative will gear up the group’s enlargement and development of its operations in the region.
