Real Estate Fair in Istanbul

The 10. Real Estate Investment Management and Financial Services Fair (Konut İşyeri 2008) will be held at the Istanbul CNR Expo Fair Center Feb. 21-24 by Istanbul Fuarcılık (ITF). The houses designed for different income groups will be displayed on an area of 11,000 square meters.
Many firms including Soyak, Regnum, Dumankaya, Tulip Gayrimenkul, Teknik Yapı, Eston Yapı, Artaş-Öztaş-Doğu İnşaat, Kayı Gayrimenkul, Güvansa and Yeşil are expected to attend the fair.
The projects which will be exhibited at the fair include İdealist Kent, Ka Green, Dilman Towers, Mavi Şehir-Eurteka, Tulip Bahçeşehir, Modernist, Eston Deniz, Astrum Towers, Space Center, Avrupa Konutları-Tem, Galatown and many others.
Real estate investors from countries like Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania apart from other European Union, Middle East and North African countries will attend the fair.
Among many kind of estate groups to be exhibited at the Residence and Work Place section, there are smart buildings, A and B class residences, cooperative apartment houses, villas, farmhouses, chalets, wooden houses, shopping centers, plazas and prefabricated houses.
Customers of Residence and Work Place section mainly include high income groups, managers at decision making levels, national and international investors of residences, mass housing and work places, real estate investment experts, real estate and cooperative managers, architects, civil and environment engineers, bank, finance and insurance specialists.
