Turkish Airlines (THY) signed “code share” agreement with Austrian Airlines.

THY said on Monday that it joined Star Alliance (an airlines alliance) on April 1st, 2008, and signed the agreement with Austrian Airlines – another member of the alliance.

Under the agreement, passengers of both airline companies will have more alternative travel opportunities in Middle East, Far East, Europe and north America thanks to a broader flight network.
